The role
The Customer Consultant is 100% telephone based in an exciting call centre environment. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, speaking to our customers in different financial positions in order to help them on their journey to financial recovery.

We are looking for people with previous experience of working in a fast paced customer service role, excellent communication skills, motivation and drive, and a professional attitude.
