My client is looking for a CALL CENTRE CUSTOMER SERVICES OPERATIONS MANAGER who will be an inspiring leader and who can build a high moral for all Customer Service Managers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree or MBA (preferred)
5-years in experience in a customer service operations management position
Experience in working at an Ecommerce or technology company is a plus
Proven experience in managing large scale operations (CS or equivalent operational teams) is a must
A record of driving projects to improve support-related processes
