Call Centre Desktop Engineers

Seeking an experienced Desktop Engineers for an established BPO dealing with International and Local clients.

The Role:
The Desktop Engineer is responsible for providing day to day support on all internal hardware and software products within the scope of work of the role.

Qualifying Criteria:
Matric / Grade 12
ACMT Certification
MCITP Enterprise Desktop Administrator and or Support Technician on Windows 7
3 years contact centre desktop engineer experience within a call centre environment
2 years’ experience in a Winte;/Apple Mac desktop support environment
Experience in a customer-centric environment- essential
Experience with Cisco Unified Call Manager- advantageous
General experience in a Cisco environment- advantageous
Avaya or NICE telephony system
Must be currently employed in a similar role
Must be able and willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and Public Holidays, in line with Business Unit operating hours (Hours are between 6am – 7pm; Public holidays on rotational and standby on weekends when required)
Excellent written and spoken command of English

Salary on Offer:
R14,000 – R16,000 CTC per month – Dependent on experience
