CBD CAPE TOWN | R6 500 Basic + Monthly Incentives
Working Hours: Monday – Friday Rotational Shifts starting from 09:30am and finish at 18:30pm or 10:30am and finish 19:30pm | Working 45 Hours per week and every second Saturday
We are SEEKING DYNAMIC AGENTS for a fast paced company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working in a targeted environment to deliver sales opportunities to the sales team, from a number of data bases. Each representative will need to be able to able to persuade potential customers to speak to a trained broker regarding their insurance needs. This can be done through your dynamic personality and customer service / sales experience.
We are needing Driven, Motivated & Dynamic candidates that meet with the job requirements below:
• Must be extremely well spoken (have no accent) as you will be dealing with a UK Client base.
• Previous Sales experience is essential – within a Call Centre environment.
• Previous Lead Generation experience is ideal.
• Must be target driven and ambitious.
• Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment and handle high call volumes.
• Must have Matric / Relevant high school qualification.
• Experience in dealing with UK clients is ideal.
• Must have ability to work well under pressure.
• Be passionate about SALES & CLIENT SERVICE and providing high service levels.
• Must be a quick thinker, adaptable and have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work relevant shifts
