My client distributes the world's leading IT hardware brands to the Southern African reseller channel. They are currently looking for a dynamic, target driven individual who has experience in leading a team of sales agents. If you have at least 2 years experience as a Call Centre Team Leader or supervisor and you are looking to work with a great team, NO SHIFTS, and plenty of room for growth then this is the position for you. The successful candidate will have experience in planning, organizing and forecasting to achieve objectives and targets.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Min 2 years outbound call centre/telesales TEAM LEADER/SUPERVISORY experience and understanding in the IT Sector i.e. distributor/vendor/retailer preferable
• Promoting products and services to specific target markets
• Microsoft Office particularly excel and outlook knowledge
• Information technology industry trends
• The Channel and how it works
• Basic sales “101” experience and knowledge
• Negotiation skills
