Operational Management of the call centre environment, including

d. Infrastructure
e. Systems and Processes

Reporting
f. Daily sales reports
i. By Agent
ii. By Campaign

Call Centre Performance Reporting
iii. Calls Answered vs Dropped
iv. Average Call Handling Time
v. Call Conversion Percentage

g. Trend reporting and analysis
