You will have minimum of Matric.

You will definitely need A+ and N+ qualification and be able to show this.

You will definitely need Cisco qualifications and be able to show this.

You will have 3-5 years experience in Call Centre environment.

You will have excellent English and great telephone etiquette.

You will live in close proximity to Sandton.

You will have your own reliable car.

Salary is negotiable for the right person.


Although this is a 1 year contract position,it is renewable after that period.

Training will be provided on the employers products.
