Our client requires the services of a Recruitment Officer to take responsibility for Recruitment and Selection.

Key performance areas:

? Responsible for Recruitment
? Ascertain Talent Needs
? Conduct Job Analysis

? Facilitate Employee Take-on process
? Advisory Function (i.e. Recruitment)
? Maintenance of database

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a Bachelor (or equivalent 3 year) Degree in HR
? Honours Degree will be an advantage
? 3 - 5 Years Recruitment Experience
? Advanced Competency-Based Interviewing Skills
? Strong Task Management and Administration Skills
? Communication and Strong Interpersonal Skills
? Intermediate Skills in MS Office Applications and E-Recruitment Systems
? Coping with pressures and setbacks
