Call Centre Agents Required

This position is open to candidates based preferably in the South of Johannesburg.

Candidates that meet the following criteria need only apply:

• Matric Essential
• Candidates are required to have a strong command of the English Language
• At least one year’s Sales experience within the Call Centre Environment
• Ability to drive sales
• Cold calling clients to meet and exceed sales objectives within a pressured environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service standards
• Negotiate and use persuasion skills to overcome objections
• Effectively deliver presentations to prospective client
