R6 500 Basic + Monthly Incentive of R2000 | CBD CAPE TOWN | Shift work will apply
Working Hours: Monday – Friday Rotational Shifts starting from 10:00am and finishes 21:00pm | Saturdays working until 16:00pm – Working 45 Hours per week.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working in a targeted environment to deliver sales opportunities to the sales team, from a number of data bases. Each representative will need to be able to able to persuade potential customers to speak to a trained broker regarding their insurance needs. This can be done through your dynamic personality and customer service / sales experience.
We are needing Driven, Motivated & Dynamic candidates that meet with the job requirements below:
?Must be extremely well spoken (have no accent) as you will be dealing with a UK Client base.
?Previous Sales experience is essential – within a Call Centre environment.
?Previous Lead Generation experience is ideal.
?Must be target driven and ambitious.
?Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment and handle high call volumes.
?Must have Matric / Relevant high school qualification.
?Experience in dealing with UK clients is ideal.
?Must have ability to work well under pressure.
?Be passionate about SALES & CLIENT SERVICE and providing high service levels.
?Must be a quick thinker, adaptable and have excellent communication skills.
?Must be able to work relevant shifts
?Must have a clear ITC Credit & Criminal record.
