Candidate Requirements

Inbound Customer Service Consultants Needed! Based in Johannesburg CBD. The following are key pre-requisites to apply:•Matric with English as a first language•A clear credit and criminal record•Customer service experience is essential•Computer literate•Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English•Ability to work shifts is critical Monday to Saturday (9am to 5pm).•Currently unemployed or can serve a week notice•Minimum monthly salary of R6000 + Shift Allowance up to R650•Up to R700 per month just for working weekend shifts•Earn up to 20% of your basic salary as a performance incentive (based on performance)
