Our Client is currently on a recruitment drive and looking for a Support Agents with Online Casino experience, able to work in a shift environment (24/7/365). The role involves dealing with customers via the telephone, email and web chat. You must be confident, professional, neutral English accent and assertive when dealing with customers. Also dealing with queries in relation to gaming, fraud prevention, administration and banking. The candidate must be able to stay calm under pressure and be able to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
Position Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Previous call centre experience in a customer services environment.
• Positive attitude
• Experience working in the Casino environment is an advantage
