My client, a leading financial institution, is currently recruiting for a Customer Services Call Centre Team Leader.

Do you meet the following minimum requirements?
• 24 Months experience in a Customer Services Team Leader role is a definite requirement
• Matric/Grade 12 Certificate
• The successful candidate will be required to work shifts in line with the Customer Services operational hours (Mon – Sun)
• Computer Literacy – must be proficient and have solid understanding of MS Office suite
• Solid understanding of Vision Plus, Alchemy and CSM essential
The successful candidate will need a solid understanding of the customer service environment (administration /queries and complaints escalation processes) and must enjoy motivating and managing people.
