Call Centre Team Leader

Our client is now recruiting for the position of Call Centre Team Leader.
The purpose of this position will be to lead a team of Call Centre Agents, to ensure call centre objectives are met and to provide the necessary coaching and guidance to the team.
Matric and relevant tertiary qualification
At least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
Experience managing teams of Call Centre Agents
