CALL CENTER/TELESALES (3 MONTH CONTRACT)

Office Automation company is looking to hire motivated call center/telesales agents for their Midrand offices to book appointments for sales consultants.

Key Requirements:
Excellent telephone skills Computer literate/keyboard skills
At least 1-2 years working within a sales environment.
Must be comfortable presenting products over the phone.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role Outstanding negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejection
Excellent knowledge of English. Afrikaans will be an advantage as well.

Key Responsibilities
Book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads. Proactively follow up leads.
Manage database to a high degree of accuracy.
Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives going to meetings and attending relevant appointments.

Must be able to start IMMEDIATELY.

TRAINING will be given

SALARY R5000 basic (not negotiable) + target incentives. Basic salary
