KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountability for leading and managing the end-to-end training interventions & initiatives, aligned with business needs, more specifically:
? New hire Training across campaigns
? Cross-training
? Up-skilling
? Soft skill training
? Continuous learning initiatives
? Overseeing the design, development, maintenance and improvement of training content/material
? Customising training content as per Ops/Client requirements
? Managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities
? Ensuring Training Records are kept up-to-date
? Evaluating training effectiveness through effective metrics and reporting
? Provide coaching advice for staff career development.

REQUIREMENTS: Essential
? A valid Matric Certificate
? 2- 3 + years relevant experience in a training management position
? Experience in training small to medium groups within a Outbound Contact centre
? Proficiency in the following Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) as well as other presentation & project management
tools
? Sound general management & team leadership skills
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal), as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the
organization
? Exceptional planning, organizing, prioritising and time management skills
? Functional skill –New hire training, soft skill training and knowledge management
? Sound decision-making and problem solving skills.

Advantageous:
? A relevant tertiary qualification
? Prior experience in developing training material
