FACE TO FACE TRAINER (CALL CENTRE) – HYDEPARK (SANDTON)
A large call center based in Sandton requires an experienced face to face trainer to start as soon as possible
To start ASAP or in January 2018
Salary: R18 000 – R20 000 plus incentives
 
Qualifications required:

• Matric
• Qualification in Training and Development (preferable)
• MUST come from a Corporate Training environment
• MUST speak Afrikaans
• Between 27 – 37 years old
• Minimum 3 – 4 years’ successful experience in Coaching, Training and Development in a call centre environment
• MUST have worked in a face to face role, preferably training people

 
Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Key function is training, mentoring and motivating the companies trainees
• Provide the business units with a report at the end of each training session
• Coaching staff on Compliance and QA of call centre Agent Calls
• Induct and train trainees
• Conduct panel Interviews together with recruitment
• QA calls and motivate trainees
