DUTIES/TASKS
• Logging and manage calls
• Manage Field Technicians
• Manage and oversee SLA’s
• Prioritise appointments and provide feedback to internal and external customers on internal systems and outlook
• Analyse, interpret and act and report on the data provided by various stakeholders and systems
• Manage customer expectations
• Manage internal systems and process flows

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE POST

Minimum educational, qualifications and experience that are required to perform the job competently.
Knowledge • Matric / Grade 12
• Micro-Soft Office with 1-2 years excel experience
• Good communication skills ( Verbal / Writing)
• Product knowledge (OMD) will be added advantage
• Administration skills
• Basic technical knowledge in line with printer operation
• Geographical knowledge of RSA
• Logistics knowledge and background will be an added advantage.
