CALL HANDLER

Our client is looking for an individual who will be required to Manage and coordinate a team of technician’s within an office automation environment, including but not limited to
servicing of hardware and software within the required Service Level Agreement with internal /
external client base.

DUTIESDUTIES/TASKS
??Logging and manage calls
??Manage Field Technicians
??Manage and oversee SLA’s
??Prioritise appointments and provide feedback to internal and external customers on internal
systems and outlook
??Analyse, interpret and act and report on the data provided by various stakeholders and
systems
??Manage customer expectations
??Manage internal systems and process flows
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE POST
Minimum educational, qualifications and experience that are required to perform the job
competently. Advanced Excel skills essential.

KNOWLEDGE:
• Matric / Grade 12
• Micro-Soft Office with 1-2 years excel experience
• Good communication skills ( Verbal / Writing)
• Product knowledge (OMD) will be added advantage
• Administration skills
• Basic technical knowledge in line with printer operation
• Geographical knowledge of RSA
