Assistant Lodge Manager.

Exquisite 5* Game Lodge - Eastern Cape.

Hospitality Management Diploma or similar.

3 - 5 years 5* Assistant Lodge Management experience required.

Daily operations of the Game lodge, in the absence of the Lodge Manager.

Guest management – coordinate daily activities and transfers for guests of all ages

Guest experiences – ensure guest expectations are exceeded

Hosting of all meals/guest events

Complete daily/weekly/monthly Admin duties including month end duties

Manage stock (operational and bar) through regular stock takes and maintaining stock controls

Weekly Financial and operational business reports to General Manager

Management of staff – recruitment, induction, rosters, attendance, performance management, discipline, on the job training, team spirit, reward & recognition

Actively support the Conservation and community initiatives and programs

Salary starting at R 8 500 depending on experience, including accommodation - Med Aid & Pension Fund
