5 year experience in 5 star lodge experience

Spoken and written English

Excellent knowledge on hygiene

Excellent knowledge on food and beverage

Great People skills (with basic HR knowledge)

Excellent Computer skills (Windows Office – especially EXCEL)

Valid Code 8 Driver’s license

Salary R 12 500 including accommodation

Food allowance - Provident fund & 50% company contribution towards medical aid
