ITBM is currently accepting resume from interested candidates for a Position as a Camp Manager in Bangui, Central African Republic.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as Camp Service Manager
Diploma in Business , Office Administration or related fields
Communicate fluently in English and French
Responsibilities:

Overall management and coordination of work under the contract.
He/she shall be the central point of contact for this contract and shall be available at all times to meet with our Officer or his/her designated representative.
The supervisor shall be available during normal duty hours within 30 minutes to meet with the personnel designated by the Responsible Officer to discuss any problem areas.
After normal duty hours the manager or designated alternate shall be available within one (1) hour if required.
Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to legal regulations.
Completes operations by developing schedules; assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources; implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems; maintaining reference manuals; implementing new procedures.
