Job description
Liaising with the customer and convert brand and customer needs into actionable outcomes and activities.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Manage all internal operational aspects of the campaign in the most professional and cost-effective way.
Increasing external sales as well as retaining and managing existing clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Effectively communicate with all stakeholders in the promotion process.
Manage creative concepts and briefs.
Store list confirmation with the client.
Order promotional stock and liaise with suppliers
Liaise with agents – briefing, training and debriefing.
Ensure reports, recons and all invoices are received from agents.
Monitor, control and report expenditure against all financial budgets assigned to the campaign.
Ensure the effective completion of the campaigns administration including, maintenance of records, training documentation, special reports and element returns.
The job will entail following up on leads, developing new business (with creative thinking and off-the-wall ideas).

Requirements
Minimum qualification matric.
