Responsibilities:

Management of promoters
Entire promotional campaign management
Preparation of advertisements, when required
Preparation of client feedback reports
Management of campaign elements and clothing
Client Liaison – telephonic and face-to-face
Administrative and financial tasks

Requirements

Minimum qualification matric.
Excellent communication skills at all levels.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
Willing to work long hours.
Training and coaching skills.
Team building, motivation, and leadership skills.
Negotiating and contracting skills.
Planning, scheduling and administration ability.
Budgetary and cost control.
Problem solving and analysis.
Hands-on performance management.
Strong PC skills, especially in Office Suite.
Own transport and valid licence.


Required Skills

Admin : 1 to 2 years
Managment Skills : 1 year or less
Computer Competency : 2 to 3 years
This position reports to: General Ops Manager
