A leading advertising agency is looking for a Campaign Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. The Campaign Manager’s role is crucial to ensuring the success of online campaigns from initial implementation to final delivery. This job includes regular day-to-day communication with the Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure assigned campaigns obtain optimum performance as well as exceed client expectations. Your key job responsibilities as the Campaign Manager in Johannesburg will include:

- Implementation and management of advertising campaigns from start to finish
- Monitoring and optimizing multiple campaign executions to ensure campaigns are launching and delivering on schedule and according to client expectations
- Reviewing ad performance relative to campaign objectives to provide optimization recommendations and increase performance for client
- Ensuring all booked revenue is recognized while campaign objectives are consistently met or exceeded
- Identifying, troubleshooting & fixing creative issues
- Participation in client campaign kick-off calls to outline ad tracking requirements and deliverables
- Assisting with various special projects as needed
- Working with internal teams to identify and design new tools and systems to improve efficiency

Requirements for this Campaign Manager job in Johannesburg:

- Relevant Marketing degree/diploma
- Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Flash, a huge plus
- Experience analyzing digital campaign data activity preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in both a team environment and independently
- Strong desire to grow with company and learn new skills
- 2+ years of digital advertising experience (preferably in Ad Operations)
- Own car essential
