Qualification:

Matric

Completed Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma (advantageous)



Skills & Experience:

Exceptional attention to detail – you need to see quality and do quality work

Effective communication (verbal and written)

High Emotional Intelligence

A tough cookie!! Able to take constructive criticism on board without taking it personally

Strong Planning and Organizing skills

Understanding the jobs and matching suitable candidates’ CV’s to the positions

Typing qualification will be an advantage

Advert creation and ad writing

Managing diaries and being able to pick up on any problems before they arise

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven and stressful environment

Comfortable using MS Excel

Transport essential



Job Description:

The Recruitment Industry is a tough industry to be involved in; however, it has the highest rewards.

Working in partnership with our top Finance Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for the following:

Checking client websites and different job portals for recent Finance vacancies.

Going through the advertisement responses to select the best CV’s and candidate applications in the quickest time possible – must be able to work to speed with a sharp eye.

Maintaining a constant flow of high caliber candidates through all areas of sourcing.

Referencing candidates with their previous employers and drilling down, gathering information and picking up any red flags.

Confirming candidate interviews and sending them detailed, correct interview information.

Telephonic screening – having the ability to understand which calls are important.

Plan and organize activities within time constraints.

Demonstrated passion, motivation, enthusiasm and energy.

Versatile and willing to work some occasional overtime for training.

Develop good network to build your database of Candidates.
