Our dynamic sales team is looking for a vibrant, self-motivated and target driven advertising sales executive to join our constantly evolving dynamic media company, Mikateko Media. The position is based in Cape Town, thus the ideal candidate will be responsible for the effective representation of sales to direct clients within the Cape Town market.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Selling advertising space to corporate and commercial clients
- Sourcing your own leads
- Ensure the achievement of monthly targets
- Grow business by effectively identifying opportunities
- Have the ability to do analysis of market and translate this into sales
- Building and maintain business relationships with prospective and current clients

Key requirements and competencies:
- 1 to 2 years sales experience
- Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
- Target driven and initiative
- Sales driven and a creative thinker
- A enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good administration and planning required
- Computer literate, especially in MS Office
- Strong customer service ability required
- Ability to work in a team environment

The compensation package includes a stipend and a pleasant commission structure.
