Must have car sales / telesales experience.
· MUST BE A CHAMPION ON NEGOTIATING.
· Must have exceptional people’s skills and great customer services.·
Must be well spoken and able to close deals.

Must be a wheeler dealer and have ability to business on at corporate
level.
duties -
· Selling cars. · via phone
Evaluating cars and negotiating prices.
· Reports & Feed Back daily, based on the plan.
· ensure operational effectiveness (processes etc)
·
Buying and
Selling – Pawn Transactions within the branch. - ADVANTAGE
· Regular Stock Take – Twice a Week.
· Creating income opportunities. – Bring New Deals & Close Branch Deals.
· Sourcing for Clients – By Cold Calling.
· Sourcing for Clients – As Per the Business & Marketing Plan.
· Report on Income and Expenses – Daily &Weekly.
·
Timely
preparation of reports, and ad-hoc reports requested by management.
·
Review
current organization effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
·
Meet
set targets and organizational objectives.
