Area of responsibility:

• Deliver exceptional Customer service to customers that are interested in hiring a vehicle, handle queries and manage the bookings from start to finish
• Have an idea of different cultures and tourist attractions in the area to advise customers
• Liaise with insurance companies when dealing with customers who need to claim their car hire back

Requirements:

• Matric
• Basic Microsoft Office skills and ability to type at a reasonable speed
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience
• Own transport with Code 8 driver’s license
• This position requires shifts, weekend work and public holidays so individuals need to be flexible
• It’s exceptionally important that you are not only professional in manner but are well-groomed at all times
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Self-motivating and enthusiastic – can manage their own time well and have no supervision
• Ability to work under high levels of pressure
• Ability to handle difficult customers in a polite and professional manner
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must have high standard of work ethic and values
