Leading Car Rental Group seeking efficient customer focussed frontline staff able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Matric, valid driver’s license, excellent communication skills & working experience essential.

You will need to be a frontline individual with excellent communication skills that has the ability to work with a sense of urgency plus provide efficient and value adding services & continually exceed customer expectations

The position requires an individual who can handle pressure (being pushed for productivity) and who are willing to learn as the position entails more vehicle prep and quality checking, You are Responsible for delivering the company promise to the customers through drive to achieve CSI targets, and representing the brand. Ensure that all VTC’s are accounted for and signed Vehicles are transferred within set VTC policy. All administration is kept up to date and correct

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Matric – Min E Aggregate / Code 08 – unendorsed drivers license  / incumbent will be responsible for their own transport to and from work / must be well presented
  • Experience as a driver and in dispatching of vehicles?

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Service: Delivering the company’s promise to customers and representing the brand through continuous Ambassadorship.
• All rental transactions / Asset control and fleet control / Rental counter and termination duties in parking bays
• Wizard reports / General counter administration /
• Assist with washing of rental vehicles where required

KNOWLEDGE

• Computer literate : Word / Excel / Outlook/ General understanding of the motor vehicles
• Previous operations / Wizard knowledge would be advantage / Cash reconciliations / Claims

SKILLS

• Excellent communication / listening skills / Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction at every interface
