Summer is almost here and with the busy tourist season upon us, one of the biggest and most established car rental companies are looking for a professional, well groomed, young individuals to join their team of vibrant employees! This role is better suited to a male individual. Code 8 driver’s license is a MUST as well as own transport as you’ll be working shifts!
Please note that with this particular role, you will be dealing directly with the rental cars.
Area of responsibility:
• Drive and park manual and automatic vehicles
• Provide customers with directions, telephonic queries and anticipate customer’s needs
• Have an idea of different cultures and tourist attractions in the area to advise customers
• Resolve queries and be able to do multi task with different duties

Requirements:
• Matric
• Fluency in English is a must and high preference will be given to those that are able to speak an African black language
• Basic Microsoft Office skills and ability to type at a reasonable speed
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the service industry
• Own transport with driver’s license
• It’s exceptionally important that you are not only professional in manner but are well-groomed at all times
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Self-motivating and enthusiastic – can manage their own time well and have no supervision
• This position requires shift working (Anything between 6am – 12pm at night)
• This position requires weekend work so individuals need to be flexible
• Ability to work under high levels of pressure
• Ability to handle difficult customers in a polite and professional manner
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must have high standard of work ethic and values
• Negotiating skills
