Key responsibilities includes:
• Exceed Customer expectations by identifying and providing them with the best possible
solutions
• Create a strong social media presence
• Advertise and Communicate all available models, features, and benefits
• Searching out opportunities for making new sales
• Maximize profitability in each and every deal
• Ensure that every Customer is completely satisfied with their purchase experience
• Follow up with new and existing customers and clients

The requirements are:
• A Matric Certificate
• A strong ability to work with and relate to all types of customers
• A PASSION FOR SELLING in a Team oriented environment!
• Self-motivation and driven desire to be the very best! With consistently strong customer service
• Must be dedicated to finding the right vehicle for every customer
• A strong ability to find solutions to daily challenges
• Exceptional speaking, writing and active-listening skills
• Possess a strong work ethic and hands-on attitude.

Additional Requirements:
• You MUST be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, Saturdays, and public holidays
• Ensure store sales goals are met or exceeded.
• Identify ways to generate sales and ensure action is taken to achieve monthly targets.
• A valid driver's license
• Car Sales Experience would be an advantage.
