Qualifications: Grade 12 Certificate

Skills Required: Computer literacy will be beneficial
Selling skills
Working knowledge of new account application system

Experience: At least 3 years’ experience as a store assistant.

Unique Working Conditions: Willing to work Retail Hours
Able to travel to various stores in the region
Work in different locations

Duties:
• Reporting on new accounts
• Administering of new account application process
• Monitors the application approval process and communicates the outcome to the customer
• On-going coaching of store staff re the impact of policies and procedures relating to new accounts.
