Description
Duties include the following, but not limited to:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to maintain stable performance under pressure by handling stress in an acceptable way to personnel and the organization.
The ability to display a good customer- focus by developing and sustaining productive customer relationships
The ability to prioritize by managing time and resources to ensure that work is completed effectively and timeously. Able to work overtime as dictated by operational requirements.
The ability to produce work of a high quality standard by accurately checking processes and tasks
General administrative skills
Computer literacy an advantage
Requirements:

Registered Nurse / Staff nurse
Minimum 4 years nursing experience in a multidisciplinary hospital environment
Intensive Care nursing experience is necessary.
Hospital or Medical Scheme Case Management an advantage
Experience in ICD 10 and CPT 4 coding
