Key Duties &Responsibilities
To ensure the provision of quality food and service, to the requirements and satisfaction of the client,
Supervising catering and waiting staff
Planning menus and costing menus in consultation with chefs
Attend Customer complaints satisfactorily
Organising, leading and motivating the catering team
Attend meeting and training courses
Planning staff shifts and rosters
Ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly observed
Ensuring compliance to all areas of the business
Monitoring the quality of the product and service provided
Timeous completion of financial and administrative records
Ensure that cash-up procedures are strictly adhered to
Maintaining stock levels and ordering new supplies as required
Interacting with customers if involved with front of house work
Assist or relieve at another unit
Liaising with suppliers and clients
Ensuring compliance with all fire, licensing, and employment regulations
Ensure appropriate Dress Code of all staff
Manage team performance
Staff Discipline
Manage Customer relationship
Skills, Experience Educational Requirements
Management experience (3 Years)
Catering experience (5-6 Years)
Computer Literacy – Microsoft office
Front Of house management experience
