The are looking for Senior Project Managers to join their team and ensure the ongoing success of this large-scale catering brand.

As a Catering Manager you will be responsible for the daily operations of the corporate catering services, risk assessment, client relations and staff management and training. They require someone with at least 2 years experience within a corporate catering unit, someone who has great attention to detail and energetic. A strong knowledge of South African and Catering Industry labour laws essential. Successful applicants must have excellent customer service and communication skills, strong financial acumen and report writing knowledge, as well as exceptional leadership and staff management abilities.
