We are currently looking for a catering and assistant catering manager for a retirement home. The individual must have a 3yr catering diploma and at least 5yrs experience in catering. As management you will be required to do daily costings, issuing of stock, stock takes, ordering of stock as well as assisting the chef with preparation of meals and serving residents. You will be required to have a strong knowledge different dishes and desserts. Please ensure you have your own car. Please only apply if you meet these basic requirements.
