Matric / Grade 12 Technical qualification, A+, N+, MCSE. MCTS, LINUX + / LPIC. CCNA and Security + would be advantageous.Ubuntu, Linux, Windows, Debian, OTRS. Excellent understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc). IT Support experience - at least 1 year in resolving software and hardware problems Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues. Provide support where needed, in terms of queries and resolving issues surrounding any servers. Install and configure software, hardware as well as PCs and laptops.
