Our client is offering the ideal candidate the opportunity to be part of an incredible team. Our client is a dynamic and fast paced company that requires an individual with similar attributes to maintain and grow sales from an equally demanding customer base and search for new opportunities in the CCTV sector. This position is available for a target driven individual, who is able to work under pressure and as part of a team. Who will manage sales and relationships for their allocated customer base.

Reporting to the CCTV Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for initiating and developing strong relationships with clients, increasing sales, making outbound calls, processing orders and working closely with our sales team to ensure seamless efficiency of the sales process. Strong sales and communication skills coupled with relevant electronics product knowledge and drive for growth could secure this position.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Matric and a relevant sales training
At least 2 years strategic account management experience at a CCTV Distributor
Experience in solution sales and relationship management
Extensive knowledge of Security Surveillance, IP & Analogue, Networking, Access Control and other CCTV related products
Have a good understanding of products definitions and technical specifications e.g. CMOS, CCD, HD, POE, DVR
Proven track record of identifying new opportunities and driving new business
A established network of customers, including Installers, Integrators and Security Companies
Excellent computer literacy and reporting skills
Outstanding communication skills and comfortable with outbound calls
Professional, well presented and target driven

DUTIES:

Strategically align product and market focus with customer base
Build and maintain growth targets and sales pipeline
Identify and penetrate new opportunities for customers and provide solutions for Integrators & installers
Identify opportunities for business growth and structure appropriate deals to create demand
Active use of calendar and Sales pipeline management to administrate activities
Daily reporting prepared and shared with sales team
Initiate and Develop relationships with new and existing customers
Maintain regular communication with allocated customer base via telephone, email and instant messaging
Effectively communicate with all departments and provide useful feedback
Assist sales team with product related queries
Ability to assist with first level support and basic trouble shooting on CCTV products
Motivate and work closely with external sales team to ensure smooth sales process
Manage allocated accounts and deliver profitable, long term value to customers
Make outbound sales calls and set up meetings with existing and potential customers
Process quotations, sales orders and ensure successful delivery of orders
Assist customers with technical and sales queries on all CCTV brands sold
Demonstration and technical assistance with remote viewing on laptops and smartphones
Work with Sales team to meet group target
Consistently reach and exceed sales targets
Manage deal processes from concept to closure
