My client is one of the fastest growing CCTV distributors in Africa and is looking for experienced salespeople to sustain the growth and service levels. Applicants must have strong technical understanding of Analogue and IP solutions. Strong communication skills and a drive for growth are key to the role.

This IT hardware and CCTV distribution company has a position available for a target driven individual who is able to work under pressure, and as part of a team who will manage sales and relationships for their allocated customer base. Reporting to the CCTV Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for initiating and developing strong relationships with clients, increasing sales, making outbound calls, processing orders and working closely with our sales team to ensure seamless efficiency of the sales process. Your strong sales and communication skills coupled with relevant electronics product knowledge and drive for growth could secure this position.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric and a relevant sales training.
At least 2 years strategic account management experience at a CCTV Distributor.
Experience in solution sales and relationship management.
Extensive knowledge of Security Surveillance, IP & Analogue, Networking, Access Control and other CCTV related products.
Have a good understanding of products definitions and technical specifications e.g. CMOS, CCD, HD, POE, DVR
Proven track record of identifying new opportunities and driving new business.
A established network of customers, including Installers, Integrators and Security Companies
Excellent computer literacy and reporting skills.
Outstanding communication skills and comfortable with outbound calls.
Professional, well presented and target driven.
