(PERMANENT)

JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Security Risk Officer and Security Supervisor, the CCTV Operator coordinates the provision of all CCTV surveillance, downloads, reporting, analysis for on- system activations that must be dealt with in an efficient and effective manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Report security breach incidents and activations to line manager
? Monitor access / egress on the entrances
? CCTV monitoring
? Activation and closure of security systems
? Monitor incidents and trends on site CCTV
? Dispatch security officers in case of emergency/ Incident
? Reporting of activation/ incident to the line manager
? Monitor the fire panels
? Monitor emergency REMRAD Systems
? Effective key controls
? Incident Investigations
? Monitor high-tech storage areas

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
? Grade 12 or equivalent
? Registered PSIRA Grade B
? Security Management qualification -will be an added advantage

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
? 2-3 Years CCTV Operator Skills in high-tech control room
? Incident & Risk Assessment
? Investigations
? Security Operational knowledge
