GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This role is responsible for being the point of contact between the company and the EDC through networking and building effective relationships. This role must also develop rapport with new EDC’s and provide support that will continually improve the relationship, and grow collection yields.

Drive performance within the company’s Late stage and Legal collections processes aimed at achieving set performance targets on all external soft and legal collection account.

Formal qualification(s):

· Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4

· Qualification in Collections or studying towards

Legal requirements

· Passed credit and criminal checks

· S.A Citizen or valid work permit for S.A

· Valid driver’s license

Experience

· Minimum 2 years' experience in EDC Collections and client service industry

· Experience and extensive knowledge in a similar industry will be an advantage

· Demonstrated experience managing more than one EDC
