Agriculture - Central Bargaining Mechanical Engineer (Spares)

Company in the Agricultural sector is seeking a Bargaining Mechanical Manager for their branch in DOUGLAS, NORTHERN CAPE. Position is in their Mechanization Department and reporting into the Executive Mechanical Manager. 

Will be responsible for ensuring overall, supporting and operational guidance of department and spares businesses, establishing and promoting the company's culture and favourable working environment. Strategic Management of relations and customer services. 

Minimum Requirements: 

Matric 

Preference will be given to candidates with a tertiary qualification 

Must have 5 years relevant experience in managing similar businesses

Experience with John Deere business will be advantageous 

Strong technical experience 

Experience in Spares and management of spares department or business
