CENTRE MANAGER - CAPE TOWN & RONDEBOSCH - (IDEAL POSITION FOR A HOTEL OR HOSPITALITY MANAGER)
START ASAP | R18 000 – R22 000 PER MONTH CTC

This is an exciting position with a company that is based in Cape Town. They rent out VIP/Luxury office space that includes all the amenities a company could ever need. We need a strong leader with excellent communication ,multitasking and leadership skills to join this dynamic team. We need a candidate with solid business acumen.

REQUIREMENTS:
Previous Hotel or Hospitality Management experience.
Must have experience in offering VIP, exclusive or luxury service to clients.
Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor is essential – STRONG LEADERSHIP
Proven track record within a customer service/key account focused position.
Important experience working in a client-facing environment.
Professional and clear communication skills .
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multi-task is very important.
Strict on time management.
Previous experience managing and motivating a team and encouraging consistently high performance.
Experience in account management and problem solving.
Customer focus with the ability to build long-term relationships.
Operations experience and management experience is a must.
Experience within a serviced office or service related industry an advantage.
Degree or diploma (not essential).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be the first point of contact for all clients when there is a complaint/query or a question on a daily basis, providing a friendly and solution based service
Create an excellent first impression and a welcome feeling for any client or visitor
Takes pride in the appearance of the centre and ensure all areas are of a high standard
Meet with existing clients regard possible expansions with existing clients
Meet with existing clients +3 months prior to their lease expiry and discuss the renewal of their lease
Up sell existing clients that don’t have certain products
Host regular formal/informal meetings with clients
Exceed clients needs, handle complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure all communication is recorded and emailed to the client so that there is a paper trail.
Become the point of contact for when clients need information and assistance
Ensure that all client complaints/queries is handled until it 100% resolved
Always have true intentions to go above and beyond the expectations of a client
All queries, complaints or compliments must be emailed to the relevant personal
Responsible for the preparation of offices before new clients move in
Ensure new client files are correct
Ensure that there is a file for every new client before they start and that all documentation is in order
Checking client payments are all up to date for rent roll on the 20th of a month
Ensure vending machine is properly stocked with variety of goods and is working properly
Ensure the boardrooms are ready for the client use
Provides admin support
Delegate duties and ensure deadlines are met and customer needs are met.
Embraces the brand and sets an example for the team of high performance, providing motivation and coaching
Managers the fingerprint security system
Overseas the operations of the centre
Responsible for the cleaning staff and ensuring they carry out their duties effectively
Ensure cleaning staff daily schedules are always up to date and adhered to
Responsible for all disciplinary meetings/actions
Assist with new potential leads for the day/walk in clients or must handle prior arranged new client meetings
