Centurion: MARKETING MANAGER (COMMERCIAL PROJECT DEVELOPMENT)
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional individual (preferably male)
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English (fully proficient)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management or Project Development
-2 to 5 years experience in solar energy environment a must
-Commercial project development marketing experience required
-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
-Non-smoker (preferred)
-Business acumen and strong client focus
Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English (verbal and written)
-Able to prioritize, multi tasks in a fast paced team environment
-Ability to handle all escalated pertinent customer concerns/issues with all necessary internal departments.

Duties:
-Full Marketing Management function for solar energy company
-Work closely with sales people, manager’s and project manager
-Evaluate new technologies and add-on application to improve and optimize marketing team performance
-Determine target markets
-Establish successful selling strategies
-Plan advertising programmes
-Manage the selling process until completion
-Provide add-on buyer services
-Plan and develop a marketing plan to ensure adequate lead generation and with inside sales to ensure leads are being tracked and converted to opportunities.
-Discuss marketing plan with management on a quarterly basis.
-Work with consultants to manage and analyse both individual sales to ensure and maintain highly accurate monthly sales and operations planning forecasting.
-Ensure marketing being used most effectively to generate high quality leads to feed opportunities for example: arrange new product launches, exhibitions for our dealers, roadshows, monthly specials, technical training etc.
-Prioritize, multi tasks in a fast paced team environment
-Handle all escalated pertinent customer concerns/issues with all necessary internal departments.
-Assist director/s and manager in establishing, maintaining and communicating up to date customer requirements and competitive analysis.
Salary: Negotiable depending on relevant experience
