Our motor distributor client in Ekurhuleni is currently looking to employ an EE candidate for this role looking after 8-14 dealerships. Minimum Experience 5 years Retail experience, preferably in used car franchise OEM experience an advantage E-commerce an advantage Minimum Qualification Matric essential Degree preferred Preferred Qualification MBA or similar an advantage KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop new certified pre-owned brand and offering for OEM including negotiating third party elements of offering • Commercialise and rollout into existing network (brand conversion of 8-14 outlets) and ongoing network development including facility upgrades • Develop marketing strategy including online presence (website, ecommerce, social, traditional) • Develop franchise standards and franchise fee model • Develop and implement standards monitoring, learning and development • Develop procurement strategies (trade-in, buy-in, OEM channel e.g. car rental turnbacks) • Develop wholesale channel (CPO and other) for OEM used cars and operationalize • Develop customer retention and remarketing SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES • Innovative and creative • Business acumen • High initiative and ability to work independently • Results-driven • Numerate, tech-savvy
