The Certified Scrum Master strives to develop a team into a high performance team, is focused and goal driven, helps to achieve Sprint Goals. Is an expert on different Agile methods as well as Scrum, a master facilitator, acts as a change agent to the team and organisation.

Requirements: Certified Scrum Master / Scrum Practitioner. Knowledge and/or experience: of Kanban, SAFe, SDLC. Relevant IT or project management related degree and Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2) beneficial. Excellent communication skills in English. At least 1 - 2 years experience working in a Scrum Master role within an Agile environment, preferably in a variety of roles •Experience with transitioning organisations to agile  beneficial.
