DVT is looking for experienced & enthusiastic Certified Scrum Masters The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and coaching multiple software development teams throughout the sprint cycles, facilitating all scrum ceremonies and enabling the teams to deliver successful deliverables.

Must haves:

  • Scrum master Certification
  • At least 1+ Year experience in the role
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies & frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation & communication skills
  • Good understanding of strong facilitation skills
  • Any professional accredited agile certificate/diploma
  • Advantage: Prince 2 certificate
    • High EQ and servant/organic leadership
