Change and Communication Manager - Bedfordview

Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and support on the Change Impact Assessment (CIA) process by gathering information from the Project Team, identifying, documenting and reporting back on changes and impact thereof
Assist in applying the Change Management process to ensure solutions are successfully implemented and meet client and business requirements
Manage and execute the CIA Plan through communication and training interventions based on the analysis of the CIA assessment results
Ensure timeous execution of communication through the appropriate communication channels
Understand and document the change management philosophy and execute methodology towards an aligned change ready and change agile business plan
Manage and execute the change management and associated communications plan throughout the business by using communication channels, tools, resources and means to achieve objectives
Manage, update and track success and relevance of execution plans monthly through regular business, operational and service reviews to enable a quality and effective impact with informed management team insofar as reporting and tracking is concerned
Plan and source relevant information utilizing input from subject matter experts (SME's) and process / system / business champions / leads and ensuring / facilitating content preparation that aligns to execution plan timelines towards an informed and change ready business
Facilitate training and related interventions to enable readiness
Plan, execute and analyse the required assessments, surveys, analysis and associated action plans to sufficiently deal with change impacts and enable an informed senior leadership team and associated change committees

Requirements

Relevant Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Communication
Change Management principles and methodologies: 5 - 7 Years' experience within Change Management Communication
Corporate communication and writing for different levels
Technology and communications systems and tools
3 Years'management experience with exposure to Project Management
Knowledge of relevant Legislation
Working with charts and other Change Management tracking tools
Ability to take IT jargon and convert into audience specific language
Advanced PC literacy
