We have opportunities for a number of Change Management Professionals to join our dynamic consulting business in contracting roles (both full-time and part-time).

Required Experience:
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Consulting role (at least 3 of which must be consulting to external clients)
• Organisational Change Management Consultant on a structured project / programme

Knowledge and Skills:
• Appropriate degree or diploma
• Prosci certification

• Superior business consulting skills to stakeholders at various levels
• Client relationship building and maintenance
• Proven report writing, verbal and written communication (English) and presentation skills
• Strong technical ability in MS Office
• Comfortable and experienced in managing ambiguity and operating in a self-directed manner
• Superior interpersonal/ people skills
